1. Acceptance of Terms

All sales are final. Master Image Maker LLC does not offer refunds for any digital product, course, coaching package, membership, event, or downloadable material—regardless of whether the customer accesses or completes the material.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

Payment plans must be completed in full even if you discontinue use of the product or service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, scripts, worksheets, audio programs, coaching recordings, brand assets, frameworks, and course materials, is the sole property of Master Image Maker LLC.

You agree that you will not:

share your login credentials
copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
upload course materials to any external website or platform
resell or sublicense the content
allow others to use your membership or access credentials

We reserve the right to monitor IP addresses and login patterns to detect unauthorized sharing. Violations may result in removal from programs, legal action, and/or financial penalties.

5. Coaching & Educational Purposes Only
All content is for educational and informational purposes related to personal growth, manifestation, and self-improvement.

Master Image Maker LLC does not provide:

financial advice
legal advice
medical or psychological advice
professional therapy or mental-health services

Coaching is not a substitute for professional guidance. Clients remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

6. No Guaranteed Results
You acknowledge that:

manifestation, mindset training, and personal development are subjective practices, and outcomes vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee:

specific income results
business outcomes
relationship outcomes
changes in health
metaphysical or spiritual results

All success stories are examples only and do not represent typical results.

Your results depend on your own effort, focus, state of mind, practice, and personal circumstances.

7. Payment Plans
If you purchase a product using a payment plan: You are legally obligated to complete all payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from courses, denial of access to future programs, or collections processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

direct or indirect losses
financial damages

perceived failures in manifestation
